The location was perfect for my needs. It was near the subway station and several cafes. The staff offered great help and were friendly. They addressed all my questions promptly. The room presented itself clean upon my arrival and the comfy beds helped me rest well. They provided flexible check-in. It suited my schedule.
The towels were rather small. I think they could provide larger ones for a better experience.

The location was convenient with good access to metro lines.
The room was small. I barely had space to move around. The towels were also quite small (it reminded me of using a hand towel after a shower). There were no tea or coffee facilities available in the room, which I found irritating.
